Reserving TGC Spaces

Usage Guidelines

TGC Spaces are available for reservation during regular operating hours. As long as a space is not reserved, graduate and professional students are welcome to come for quiet study or a group meeting. If you want to ensure the space is available, you will need to complete the request form below.

  • Reservations must be submitted at least three (3) days in advance.
  • The maximum length of a reservation is three (3) hours.
  • During the academic year, reservations should end 30 minutes before closing to allow for facilities cleanup.
  • Groups that do not arrive within ten minutes of their reserved start time will forfeit the reservation.
  • Please email TGC about space availability during university breaks and summer months.

Who can reserve space?
Current WashU graduate and professional students, graduate student groups, and University Offices offering programs for the broader graduate and professional student community can reserve TGC spaces. Registered university-wide graduate student groups can submit recurring reservation requests. Those using the space must abide by all applicable university policies.

Reservation Fees
The Center’s space is available free of charge to current WashU graduate and professional students. If your reservation requires housekeeping services, additional fees may be incurred to cover setup/cleanup. These will be communicated before your reservation is confirmed.
