With all the exams, grading, and writing, university life is often rushed and a little overwhelming. This session, hosted by Jodi Seals, Health Educator with WashU Student Health Services is designed to help you find peace and clarity amidst busy university life. This session will also include a guided meditation to help you center yourself and cultivate inner calm + techniques to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine.
This session is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their mindfulness practice.
