If you want to ensure the space is available, you will need to complete the reservation request form below.
- Reservations must be submitted at least three (3) days in advance.
- The maximum length of a reservation is three (3) hours.
- During the academic year, reservations should end 30 minutes before closing to allow for facilities cleanup.
- Groups that do not arrive within ten minutes of their reserved start time will forfeit the reservation.
- Please email TGC about space availability during university breaks and summer months.
Who can reserve space?
Current WashU graduate and professional students and registered university-wide graduate student groups can reserve TGC spaces. Registered university-wide graduate student groups can submit recurring reservation requests.
Costs
TGC spaces are free of charge to current WashU graduate and professional students. If your reservation requires housekeeping services, additional fees may be incurred to cover setup/cleanup. These will be communicated before your reservation is confirmed.
Food
Food and beverages are permitted in the space. If your event includes catering, a member of your group must be on-site to meet the caterer and ensure all materials are picked up after the event.
All activities in The Graduate Center must comply with university space policies and requirements. The Graduate Center is a space for WashU community members and does not allow solicitation. Information on additional policies related to space usage and events can be found here.
