Leadership Fundamentals: Dynamic Facilitation

Participants in this interactive workshop will focus on developing group facilitation skills by:

  • Gaining new tools and structures that help you facilitate dialogue more effectively
  • Developing an understanding of group dynamics and how to have constructive conflict
  • Learning new skills for facilitating, including the expertise and ideas of peers and experienced facilitators.
  • Giving you confidence in your facilitation skills from hands-on practice through realistic case studies.

Facilitators of all experience levels are welcome! This workshop will cover why facilitation is important and how to prepare for, execute, and follow-up on facilitating a group. This workshop is presented by Steven Horowitz, Campfire.
