This workshop, presented in partnership with The Writing Center, will approach writing a dissertation through the lens of the writing process. We will reflect on the writing processes we’ve all used to succeed in graduate study, with emphasis on how they may need to change when taking on the dissertation project. Additionally, we will reflect on how to manage the multiple forms of feedback one experiences in the dissertation writing process, and how to navigate that feedback in a way that contributes to our growth as writers and scholars.
This workshop is appropriate for all PhD students, regardless of field.
Registration required. Lunch will be served.
This event is part of Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week.
